Ismini is a lawyer at the Supreme Court, member of the Athens Bar Association since 1997 and accredited mediator. She is a graduate of the University of Athens and has a Master’s Degree (LL.M) from the University Ludwig-Maximilian Universität in Munich on Consumer Credit. Ismini is a member of the “Association of Procedural law” and the “Society of Family law”.

Professional Experience

Since 1997, Ismini provides legal services to individuals and legal entities, based in Greece and abroad, particularly in the areas of commercial law, real estate, contracts, banking law and criminal law. She worked for several years as an attorney in the Legal Service of the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A.  (“O.T.E.”) on labor law cases and labor law issues and as a lawyer in the organization for Intellectual Property “A.E.P.I. S.A.” on matters of intellectual property. Ismini has a large litigation experience before civil and criminal courts. Since 1999, she provided services as an attorney in the Legal Department of “General Bank of Greece S.A.” (Geniki Bank) and the Group companies. Since 2005 and until end of 2014  was Head of the Department for third parties’ claims and criminal cases of the Legal Service of Geniki Bank.

Mediation

Ismini is an accredited mediator since 2013. She was trained and accredited by the Piraeus Mediation Centre (” P.M.C. “). She has been trained further in Family Mediation and is enlisted within the accredited mediators of the Greek Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights.
Ismini is the co-founder of  “DIALOGOS Business and Familly Mediation” (www.dialogosdiamesolavisi.gr),  a company based in Athens, dedicated to mediating.
She participates in mediation seminars, training and workshops.

Ismini is fluent in English, French, German and Italian.
